Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all goods and services supplied by Mabuzi Pty Ltd (“Mabuzi”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order with Mabuzi — whether online, by email, or via a formal quote — you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our related policy pages referenced below.
Quotes & Orders
All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Orders are confirmed once:
- written acceptance is received, and
- payment (or agreed deposit) is received, where required
Once an order is confirmed, production will be scheduled in accordance with our Lead Times.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
Payment may be made via:
- credit or debit card
- EFT (bank transfer)
Card payment surcharges may apply and will be disclosed at the time of payment.
Production & Lead Times
Production lead times commence from order confirmation, not from artwork approval.
Lead times are subject to:
- stock availability
- timely artwork approvals
- production capacity

Artwork & Approvals
All orders requiring decoration are subject to artwork approval.
Production will not commence until artwork proofs have been approved in writing.
Approved artwork is used for production exactly as supplied. Mabuzi is not responsible for errors approved in artwork proofs.

Sampling
Sampling may be available on request and is subject to applicable fees and conditions.

Client-Supplied (BYO) Goods
Client-supplied or BYO items are accepted at the client’s risk.
Mabuzi does not accept responsibility for faults, damage or loss of client-supplied goods, including during decoration.

Stock Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability.
Mabuzi is not responsible for stock shortages or supply delays beyond our control. Where stock issues arise, we will work with you to identify suitable alternatives where possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms depend on how your order is placed and the delivery destination.
- Online orders may be eligible for flat-rate shipping
- Quoted or bulk orders include separately quoted shipping
- Remote deliveries are quoted separately

Returns & Faults
Due to the custom nature of most products:
- change-of-mind returns are not accepted on decorated goods
- returns are only accepted where items are faulty or incorrect

Cancellations & Changes
If an order is cancelled or changed after confirmation:
- cancellation or change fees may apply
- fees reflect work completed, setup costs and stock commitments
Once production has commenced, orders may not be cancelled.
Any changes requested after production commencement will be accommodated where possible and may incur additional charges.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Mabuzi’s liability is limited to re-supplying the goods or services, or
- refunding the amount paid for the affected goods or services
Mabuzi is not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss.
Privacy
Mabuzi handles personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
