We ship custom-branded apparel, uniforms and promotional merchandise Australia-wide, and we aim to make shipping as clear and straightforward as possible.
Because orders can vary widely — from smaller online purchases to larger bulk or custom projects — our shipping approach is designed to be fair, transparent and suited to the size and destination of your order.
How Shipping Works
Shipping costs depend on how your order is placed and where it’s being delivered:
- Online orders delivered to Australian capital cities and metro areas are eligible for flat-rate shipping, based on destination
- Remote area deliveries are quoted separately
- Quoted or bulk orders (including large, custom or complex projects not processed online) include shipping quoted separately as part of your order
This helps ensure shipping costs accurately reflect real courier and freight charges — especially for larger or heavier orders.
Flat-Rate Shipping for Online Orders
(Capital & Metro Areas Only)
Orders placed online through our website and delivered to capital city or metro areas within Australia qualify for flat-rate shipping, based on the delivery zone.
Flat-rate shipping:
- applies to online orders only
- is calculated at checkout
- is based on destination (not order size or weight)
- excludes remote locations
- is shown excluding GST
If shipping is not shown at checkout, this simply means your order requires separately quoted shipping. We’ll confirm the shipping cost with you before your order goes into production.
Australian Shipping Zones & Flat Rates (Online Orders)
Flat-rate shipping for eligible online orders is as follows (excl GST):

Remote Area Deliveries
Deliveries to remote or non-metro locations are not eligible for flat-rate shipping.
This is because freight costs to remote areas can vary significantly depending on:
- order weight and volume
- number of cartons or pallets
- delivery location and access
- the courier or freight service required
For these orders, shipping is quoted separately, based on standard courier or freight services, and will always be confirmed with you before production begins.
Shipping for Quoted & Bulk Orders
For orders that are:
- quoted separately
- larger or heavier than typical online orders
- supplied in multiple cartons or pallets
- custom-made or indent items
shipping is quoted individually as part of your overall order.
This ensures:
- accurate freight pricing
- the right delivery method is used
- no unexpected shipping adjustments later
Your quote will clearly outline shipping costs and delivery expectations.
Our Courier & Freight Partners
We work with a range of trusted delivery partners, depending on destination and urgency, including:
- StarTrack Same Day Courier (selected Sydney destinations)
- Australia Post Express Post
- StarTrack
- FedEx - TNT
We’ll always select the most suitable service based on your order and delivery requirements.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
Orders are dispatched once production is complete.
As a general guide:
- Sydney deliveries are usually delivered the next business day after order completion
- NSW metro and interstate deliveries are dispatched the business day following oder completion and typically arrive within 1–2 business days of dispatch
Please note that delivery times are in addition to production lead times. For production timing, refer to our Lead Times page.
Authority to Leave & Special Delivery Requirements
Unless you tell us otherwise when placing your order, authority to leave is assumed.
If you need:
- signature on delivery
- no authority to leave
- site access instructions
- split or multi-location delivery
please let us know at the time of ordering or quote confirmation.
Additional charges, including redelivery fees, may apply where deliveries can’t be completed as requested.
Warehouse Collection (Sydney)
You’re welcome to collect your order from our Camperdown warehouse by prior arrangement.
Generally orders for collection are completed by 4pm on the day of order completion, to allow for collection on that day.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected orders.
If you’re shipping overseas, please contact us to discuss options, costs and lead times.
Split Deliveries
We can arrange split deliveries to multiple locations where required.
Additional shipping costs may apply depending on the number of delivery addresses, order size and destinations.
We’ll confirm any additional charges as part of the quoting or order confirmation process.
