Orders & General Information
What types of products do you supply?
We supply custom-branded apparel, uniforms and promotional merchandise, including printing, embroidery and other decoration services. We work with corporate clients, not-for-profits, agencies, clubs and growing brands across Australia.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on:
- the product
- the decoration method
- whether items are Mabuzi-supplied or client-supplied (BYO)

Can I order online or do I need a quote?
You can:
- place eligible orders online via our website, or
- request a custom quote for larger, bulk or more complex projects
Quoted orders allow us to tailor pricing, lead times and shipping based on your specific requirements.
What happens if an item becomes unavailable after I place an order?
While we do check stock at the time of quoting, stock levels are constantly moving and all orders are subject to stock availability.
If a product becomes unavailable or is discontinued after an order quoted or is placed, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to discuss suitable alternatives or next steps.
We’ll also recommend comparable options or alternative solutions to keep your project moving.
Artwork & Proofing
What artwork do you need?
Artwork requirements vary by decoration method. In most cases, vector artwork produces the best results.
Will I see a proof before production?
Absolutely. A digital artwork proof is always supplied for approval before production begins.
Production does not commence until written approval is received.
For embroidery, an additional digitised proof will also be supplied showing the stitch layout of the logo and any adjustments which may have been required.
What if I approve artwork with an error?
Once artwork is approved, it is used for production as supplied.
We recommend reviewing proofs carefully, as Mabuzi is not responsible for errors approved at proof stage.
Do you offer design or artwork assistance?
Yes. If your artwork needs adjustment, redraw or preparation for production, our team can assist.
Minor adjustments may be included as part of setup. More complex design or vectorisation work may incur an additional cost, which will always be discussed and approved before proceeding.
Do you keep my artwork on file for future orders?
Yes. We generally retain approved artwork files to make repeat orders easier.
If you request changes to artwork, sizing or placement for a future order, updated proofs will be supplied for approval before production.
Can you match Pantone (PMS) colours exactly?
Where screen printing is used, we work with Pantone (PMS) colours and PMS colours will be matched.
For full-colour printing methods (such as DTG or DTF), artwork is produced in CMYK and while PMS colour matching is not guarenteed, we can achieve very close matches.
For embroidery, supplied PMS or CMYK colours are matched to the nearest available thread colour from stocked thread ranges.
Exact colour matching is not always possible, so please let us know when you order if this is critical for you, and we’ll advise if adjustments are required.
Colour appearance can vary depending on the decoration method, fabric and product colour.

Sampling
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Sampling is available for many products and can include:
- undecorated samples
- decorated (pre-production) samples

Lead Times & Production
How long will my order take?
Lead times depend on:
- the product
- the decoration method
- order size
- stock availability
Our standard lead times include artwork approval and start from order confirmation — not after approval of the artwork.

Do you offer express production?
Where possible, we can assist with express or urgent orders, subject to availability and production capacity.
Express services may incur additional costs.
Please contact us as early as possible if you have a deadline to meet.
Shipping & Delivery
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping depends on how your order is placed and where it’s being delivered.
- Online orders delivered to capital and metro areas may qualify for flat-rate shipping
- Remote deliveries are quoted separately
- Bulk or quoted orders include individually quoted shipping
Can you ship orders to multiple locations?
Yes. We can arrange split deliveries to multiple locations where required.
Please note that additional shipping costs may apply depending on the number of delivery addresses, order size and destinations.

Can I collect my order?
Yes. Orders can be collected from our Camperdown warehouse during business hours.
Returns & Issues
Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of most products:
- change-of-mind returns are not accepted on decorated items
- returns are only accepted where items are faulty or incorrect

What if something is wrong with my order?
If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and photos where applicable.
We’ll review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
Client-Supplied (BYO) Items
Can I supply my own apparel or products?
Yes you are welcome to supply your own apparel or products for decoration, subject to approval.
Client-supplied (BYO) items are accepted at the client’s risk.

Pricing & Payments
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
